What services does your Training offer?

We help players improve by focusing on fundamentals, defensive intensity, and basketball IQ. Through personalized training, We identify areas for growth and build a plan to develop skills, confidence, and game readiness. I also help players develop and master the basics of baseball. I can also help you with improving your mental focus on competitive situations.

What skill levels do you work with?

We train players of all abilities, from those learning the fundamentals to competitive athletes looking to elevate their game.

Do you offer individual and group training sessions?

We offer both! You can add as many participants to a package via Athletes Untapped. There is an extra fee of $12 per person for as many as you add. For example: If you add two more people to a training session that will be an extra $24.

How long are training sessions?

Training sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the program.

Do you teach the mental side of basketball?

Absolutely. We help athletes develop confidence, focus, resilience, leadership, and a positive mindset.

How can mental performance training improve my child’s game?

Mental performance training helps athletes handle pressure, overcome adversity, stay focused, and perform consistently.

How often should my child train?

Most athletes benefit from training 1-3 times per week, depending on their goals and schedule.

What should players bring to training?

Players should bring a basketball, water bottle, athletic clothing, and basketball shoes.

Can parents watch training sessions?

Yes, parents are welcome to observe training sessions unless otherwise specified.

How do you track player progress?

We evaluate strengths and areas for improvement while setting goals that help athletes continue to develop. We will also send a progress report to your email if requested.
